François MEYER

François MEYER is a freelance nautical journalist who works for some of the leading online nautical publications. He is a keen sailor and skipper.

François has a passion for the sea, and has been crawling around sailboats since his early childhood. He’s a technical guy, and worked in the building industry before switching to boat construction and, later, marine maintenance while a yacht base manager.

He is now a technical editor for marine publications as well as a marine technical consultant for boatyards.
He is particularly interested in marine energy and propulsion matters.
